Conclusion
The most common reason that a business owner decides to deactivate their commerce account is that they wish to start a new one.
In order to do this, they need to create a brand new Facebook catalog or website through which they can sell their products and services.
Once the Facebook Catalog or website has been set up, the business owner can then log into it via their Facebook account. Once there, they can then post anything they want as long as it is relevant to their catalog or website.
I’ve run into multiple issues and I’ve emailed back and forth several times with Facebook support and the main problem kept persisting. They ask to fix everything with the FB business page, or catalog before requesting a review.
